How to Apply?

SBM Career Portal (Online Job Bank) lists the internship or graduate job opportunities for business undergraduates. The job postings are legitimate and approved to be listed here by the employers concerned.

SBM Career Portal welcomes students to apply directly through the employers or through HKUST Business School (UG Programs Office) on the Career Portal. For details, please click into the SBM Career Portal. For job applying through SBM Career Portal, students can upload your personal resume and/or the required document as requested by the employer/SBM.

Job Alert: To get ready for an update weekly email job posting alert every Friday, please click "SBM Career Portal" , login with your ITSC account and choose your "Job Alert Preferences" under "Career".

For enquiries on individual job posting, please contact the Officer of UG Student Development & Career Services Team listed under each job posting or email to bmcareer@ust.hk.

  • Look for a job in which you are interested and for which you are eligible to apply.

  • For the jobs requiring you to apply directly to the company, please send your applications to the employers directly according to the information provided.
  • For the jobs requiring you to apply via SBM Career Portal, please prepare your personal resume and the required documents in PDF format (Max: 5 MB for each document) and upload them via SBM New Career Portal.

  • For the jobs applied via SBM Career Portal (i.e. those not applied directly to a company), you will receive email notifications about your updated application status (e.g. Applied, Rejected). For any questions regarding your application via SBM Career Portal, kindly email to bmcareer@ust.hk for enquiry.

  • Click “My Job List” in SBM Career Portal to check the list of jobs which you have applied and the updated job status.
