Study Pathways for 2022-23 intake
Based on pre-admission qualifications, the majority of students will follow one of the following two pathways and be pre-enrolled in Business Core courses.
Pathway 2 is for PBA ECOF, PBA FINA, PBA QFIN, students with strong Math background and those interested in BSc and IPO programs. Those admitted to these programs will follow their major study pathways starting from the 3rd term.

*Students who wish to pursue QFIN, MAEC or RMBI majors should note the MATH requirement of the programs (i.e. MATH1003 will not be considered). Pathway 1 students who are interested in these programs may consider to take MATH1012 or MATH1013 in the first term.

Note 1: For Senior Year Entry or Direct Entry students with credit transfer in English and Mathematics and at least 15 transferred credits in total, the study pathway may be different Please contact Academic Affairs and Advising Counselor (AAAC) for advice.
Note 2: Students will be required to register for the Common Core Courses, LABU2040, LABU2060 and MGMT2130 (normally taken in Year 3).
Note 3: Majority of students select their majors at the end of the 3rd term. In the 4th term, students will be pre-enrolled in ACCT2200 and ECON2123 (if not taken in the 3rd term) and will follow their major study pathway for the 4th term.
Note 4: Students admitted to BSc Programs are not required to take ACCT 2200, ISOM2700, MARK2120 and MGMT2110.
Note 5: For program based admitted students of Joint-School programs, they will follow their own study pathway.
Note 6: ECOF or ECON students should take ECON 3700 to replace LABU 2060.
